Justin Scott is a senior education systems leader, school founder, and fractional executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations clarify strategy, build durable systems, and lead confidently through complexity and change.

A proud Chicano leader and first-generation college graduate raised by Mexican immigrant grandparents, Justin brings deep community grounding to his work. His leadership is shaped by lived experience and a belief that systems should work with communities, not around them.
As a former Chief Schools Officer, Superintendent, and Founding Principal, Justin has led through school launches, system redesigns, mergers, governance transitions, and crisis — including the COVID-19 pandemic. He has overseen multi-school networks, coached senior executives and boards, and built leadership pipelines designed to outlast individual roles.
Justin’s work today focuses on strategy and decision architecture — helping leaders move from vision to disciplined execution while building the people, structures, and systems required for long-term sustainability.
