Justin Scott is a proud Chicano leader, first-generation college graduate, and transformational coach committed to equity, leadership, and organizational excellence. With more than 20 years of experience leading schools and mission-driven organizations, he partners with leaders to navigate complexity, scale impact, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.

Justin’s approach is deeply relational and results-driven. He challenges leaders to translate vision into disciplined execution while building the capacity of people and systems around them. As a former Chief Schools Officer, Regional Superintendent, and founding principal, he has led through some of the most complex challenges in education—school turnaround, system-wide improvement, organizational mergers, and crisis leadership during the pandemic—across both public charter and traditional public school contexts.
