I have spent my career teaching, leading schools, coaching leaders, and driving impact at every level of education. Along the way, two challenges continue to fuel my work:

Justin Scott is a proud Chicano leader, first-generation college graduate, and transformational coach committed to equity, leadership, and organizational excellence. With over 20 years of experience leading schools and nonprofits, he helps mission-driven leaders navigate complexity, scale impact, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.

His approach is deeply relational and results-driven, challenging leaders to turn vision into action while building the capacity of those around them. As a former Chief Schools Officer, Superintendent, and founding principal, he has led through some of the most complex challenges in education—from turning around struggling schools to guiding systems through the pandemic, managing organizational mergers, and working across both public charter and traditional public schools. He has partnered with boards, executive teams, and school leaders to drive sustainable change, improve student outcomes, and build leadership pipelines that endure.
